HT-04 Molded Manual Gain Binocular Housing

The HT-04 Binocular is a lightweight, injection-molded night vision housing designed for durability, assembly efficiency, and modern power integration. Manufactured entirely from glass fiber reinforced nylon, the HT-04 provides a rigid, impact-resistant structure while significantly reducing overall system weight for extended helmet-mounted use.

The housing supports standard 18mm image intensifier tubes and utilizes a drop-in tube installation method with a custom pad EGAC, allowing intensifiers to be installed from the rear of the housing.

The HT-04 features manual gain control, giving the user direct control over image brightness across varying lighting conditions. A chimney-style external power port provides a robust, low-profile interface for external battery packs. Integrated automatic power switching ensures seamless transition between internal and external power sources without interruption.

Environmental protection is achieved through a fully sealed, IP67-rated, purgeable housing. Integrated voltage regulation and protection safeguards image intensifier tubes and onboard electronics from power anomalies. IPD stops are incorporated to allow repeatable interpupillary distance adjustment after stowage or repositioning.

The HT-04 weighs 137 g (housing only). When fully assembled, total system weight is 553 g with Carson optics, or 469 g with RPO 4.0 optics, allowing users to optimize configuration based on mission requirements.
